YLB Property Developments, founded by DJ Paul Fisher and his wife Chloe, has unveiled Pescado, a $50 million, eight-storey boutique tower in Palm Beach, that will deliver just seven ultra-luxury residences: six full floor three bedroom apartments and a two level penthouse the Fishers will retain. Conceived with BDA Architecture, each home blends travertine, curved brickwork and coastal tones, pairing three bathrooms, a powder room and multipurpose space with resort amenities such as a plunge pool, cold plunge and gym, a rare fusion of privacy, beachfront outlooks and high end sustainability on the Gold Coast.
Working alongside NDVG as production partner, Einwick handled the entire film and photography process for Pescado’s ‘Chaos to Calm’ campaign, from planning through post, providing content for brochures, the site, and social media.
